05 · Questions
The ones everybody asks.
Does the card work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Every iPhone since the XS and nearly every Android reads NFC with no app; the customer holds their phone to the card and your review page opens. Each card also carries a QR code for anyone whose phone doesn't tap.
Is asking for reviews this way allowed by Google?
Yes. Google prohibits paying for reviews, filtering who gets asked, or writing them yourself. Making it easy for every customer to leave one is exactly what Google recommends. We never incentivize, gate or ghostwrite reviews.
Do you need my Google login?
No. You add us as a manager on your Google Business Profile from your own account, and you can remove us the same way in one click. We never ask for passwords.
What happens if I cancel?
Text us. Programs run a 3-month minimum (6 when hardware is included at $0 down), then month to month. After the minimum there is no fee. Your profile, number, domain, reviews, customer list and website content stay yours; we send the site's words and photos in a folder within five business days.
What if you stop doing this?
It's in the agreement. If we ever close or stop offering a service, you get 60 days' notice, everything keeps running through those 60 days at no charge, your last month is refunded, any minimum term is waived, and you get your content and contact list back. Where your program runs in its own account, we transfer the account to you or a provider you choose. Nothing you own is ever held.
What if I already have a card or a website?
We'll program your existing card to the right page for free when you buy anything else, and we'll look at your current site honestly: if it's doing the job, we'll say so.
Do you work outside Tampa Bay?
Yes. Hardware ships programmed and tested, and everything else is set up over a call and a text thread. In-person visits are Tampa Bay only.
How do I pay?
Card on file, taken when you sign up. Hardware is charged once, plus Florida sales tax; programs charge monthly on the day you signed. Pay 12 months up front and get two free.
