Monthly management fee (subscription)
Advertising spend is paid separately by the client directly to the advertising platform (e.g., Google).
You can cancel anytime with 7 days’ notice before your next billing date to avoid the next month’s charge. If cancellation is received after that window, the next billing cycle may still process.
Due to the nature of professional services already performed, management fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at chase@mckinnonsolutions.com and we will review promptly.
We collect basic contact information you provide (name, email, phone) to communicate with you and provide services. Payment information is processed securely by our payment processor and is not stored by us.
By purchasing services, you agree to the billing, cancellation, and refund policies listed above. We do not guarantee specific results, as outcomes depend on market conditions, budget, and other factors.
