Built for thetrades.
McKinnon Solutions exists to connect what home-service businesses spend on marketing to the work that actually comes out of it.

Chase McKinnon, Founder
A tradesman wholearned marketing —not the other way around.
I'm Chase. I didn't start in marketing and go looking for a niche — I come from the trades, and I taught myself this work because people who make a living with their hands deserve the best. Too often that's not what they get — they pay good money for marketing, and what comes back is a report full of clicks and a shrug.
I started McKinnon Solutions to do this job the way trade work is supposed to be done: check it before you trust it, do the thing properly or say you can't, and stand behind the result. We help home-service businesses get more out of the people already searching for what they do — and we pay attention to what happens after the click, because that's where the money actually is.
McKinnon Solutions runs founder-led. You always know exactly who's working on your business, and there are no layers between you and the work.
Four positions, held in public.
Measurement is a discipline
Numbers are easy to produce and hard to trust. The work is knowing which ones describe something real — and refusing to present the rest as if they do.
The trades deserve better marketing
Home-service businesses get sold to constantly, usually with vague promises and reporting designed to be hard to argue with. That's a low bar, and it's worth clearing properly.
Uncertainty gets said out loud
Attribution has limits. Saying where they fall costs a little confidence in a meeting and saves a lot of money over a year.
Competence before offerings
Nothing gets sold before it can be delivered properly. The service list grows as real capability grows — that's the whole growth plan, and it's non-negotiable.
This is where results will go.
There are no case studies here yet, and no invented ones standing in for them. When there's real work to show, it appears under three conditions: the client agreed to it, the numbers are the real numbers, and anything that can't be proven is labeled that way.
Until then, judge us on how the work is run. It's all laid out.
